In a previous life, I wanted to be a professional opera singer. I got my bachelor's in voice performance from Goucher College in Baltimore, and did the whole she-bang of voice lessons, coachings, opera rehearsals, and summer workshops. I even composed a bit!
These days, I'm lucky to design technology for immersive opera (see my opera co-creation work on the TRACTION project) and sing classical and folk music with my uke. I'm also part of The Shamers jam band in Amsterdam.
